2.1 Free Website Analysis
Our free website analysis tool allows you to get an overview of your website's technical condition, SEO aspects, and performance. The service is intended for informational purposes and does not guarantee specific results.
2.2 Chat Lenne (AI Assistant)
Chat Lenne is an artificial intelligence-based chat assistant that provides information about HiCare services and helps answer general questions. AI-provided answers are advisory and do not replace professional consultation.
2.3 Client Portal
The Client Portal is intended only for registered HiCare clients for project management, communication, and document sharing. Access is restricted and requires authentication.
2.4 Additional Tools
HiCare may occasionally offer additional tools and services. These Terms apply to each new service unless otherwise specified.
3 Use of Services
3.1 Usage Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian's consent
- Provide true and accurate information
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Warning: Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal consequences, including damages claims and criminal liability.

12 Governing Law

12.3 Entirety
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between you and HiCare.
